From I-30 in Arkadelphia, take AR-8 to US-70 in Glenwood (32 miles) and turn right. Cross the bridge and turn left onto Elm St. (AR-8). At the 4-way stop in Glenwood turn left onto AR-27/AR-8 toward Norman. When you get to Norman (13 miles), turn right onto AR-27 at the stop sign. Mt. Ida is 8 miles ahead. Turn right at the stop sign on Hwy 270 in Mt. Ida. Cedar St. is the first street on the right off of Hwy 270. You will see the church on the hill.
From Hot Springs, the shortest route is to take Hwy 270 to Mt. Ida (38 miles). You will pass through the small towns of Crystal Springs and Joplin before getting to Mt. Ida. Don't be confused by the billboard promoting Mt. Ida just before you come into Joplin. It's 14 more miles to the church. Once you reach Mt. Ida you will pass Bob's Food City on the right and Dairyette on the left. Diamond Bank will also be on the left. Cedar St. is the next street on the left after Diamond Bank. Turn onto Cedar St. and you will see the church on the hill.
